Selena Gooding has been appointed Operations Coordinator for the UNDP Multi-Country Office for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, with effect October 14, 2019.
Selena has 10 years of experience working in the developmental sector with two of those years spent with the UNDP team as the Programme Associate for the Disaster Risk Resilience portfolio as well as the Sustainable Human Development and Inclusive Governance portfolio. In that role, she provided operational support for the recovery efforts in Antigua and Barbuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Selena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Management, and a Master’s degree in Management with a Specialisation in Human Resource Management. She is also a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development associate and continues her training in operations and procurement.
