Children at school

This UNDP/Government of Grenada joint initiative was intended to provide support to the on-going public sector reform programme.  It focused on youth and gender issues as well as institutional strengthening to improve pubic sector efficiency. The projects outputs were identified as:

• A user-friendly database of types and levels of skills-training, training institutions and trainers available
• A detailed time-phased manpower resource plan, linking needs with the requirements of the job market
• A National Strategic Plan and Programme of Action for youth development
