UNDP Barbados and OECS Poverty Portfolio supports programmes in poverty reduction, social development and sustainable livelihoods to substantially reduce overall poverty in the ten (10) programme countries. Support to countries in achieving the Millennium Development Goals, particularly in Goal 1 relating to poverty reduction, is central to programme initiatives.
