LocationsGovernment of Saint Lucia Representatives present their National Adaptation Plan to donors
Representatives of the Governments of Saint Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, including Saint Lucia’s Minister of Education, Innovation, Gender Relations and Sustainable Development, Hon. Dr. Rigobert gathered at UN House in Barbados to present their National Adaption Plans (NAPs) and priorities to members of the donor community who are active in the Caribbean. This gathering followed support provided by UNDP’s Japan-Caribbean Climate Change Partnership toward the completion of NAPs in each country; the NAP Global Support Network has also provided support to efforts in both countries.
The following day, they were joined by colleagues from Jamaica and Grenada where they had the opportunity to share ideas, experiences and lessons learned surrounding their NAP process.
