The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Integrated Climate Change Adaptation Strategies (ICCAS) project, in association with the Ministry of Agriculture, collaborated with the Grenada Football Association to host the inaugural Carriacou and Petite Martinique Climate Change Football Cup. The event, which was launched at the Carriacou Sports Stadium on September 26th, saw six schools participating in this creative approach to climate change awareness where prequalification to register was based on the submission of a suitable climate change project.

The tournament spans the month of October and culminates on October 30th. For more highlights of the launch please visit the ICCAS Facebook page.
