This Call for Proposals (CFP) is specifically related to the UNDP’s project, “Support to Referendum on Constitutional Reform in Grenada.” The project seeks to assist the constitutional review process, in particular, the civic education and outreach efforts, which are key in sensitizing the public to the reforms being proposed, and a precursor to the public referendum needed to endorse any constitutional amendments.

Japan and UNDP kick start US$15 million Caribbean Climate Change Project

The Government of Japan and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) launched the US$15 million Japan-Caribbean Climate Change Partnership (J-CCCP), in line with the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, to keep global warming below 2 degrees Celsius and to drive efforts to limit the temperature increase even further to 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels.
