SIDS Climate Change Negotiators' Guidance Manual & Technical Background Paper Launched

The primary purpose of the manual, developed with the support of the Government of Australia, is to equip the negotiators from vulnerable countries to the impacts of climate change with the information and tools necessary to adequately represent their constituencies at the ongoing international negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
